Account deletion

You can delete your OneStopMart account directly from the app. This action is immediate and can't be undone, so make sure you're ready before confirming.

How to delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent. As soon as you tap Delete my account, your account and the data listed below are removed right away — there's no confirmation email or waiting period.

Open your profile
In the OneStopMart app, go to the Profile tab.

Select delete account
Tap "Delete account" from the profile menu.

Confirm
Check the "I agree" box, then tap "Delete my account" to confirm.

If you can't access the app

Email onestopmartp12@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject line Account deletion request. Include your registered phone number if you have one, to help us verify it's you.

What gets deleted

Your profile and account identifiers
Saved addresses and preferences
Order history visible in the app

What we may keep

We may retain certain records — such as transaction history — where required for legal, accounting, or fraud prevention purposes. Anything retained is handled according to our privacy policy.
